Introduction
A hospitality group had no single view of water consumption across its properties. United Hub built one certified data source in Tableau and a dashboard that surfaces consumption patterns and flags anomalies.
The challenge
The Sustainability and Facilities team could not see water consumption across property sites in one place. Building a complete picture meant manual data pulls and cross-referencing between disconnected sources, which made anomalies hard to spot in time. Without a single source of truth, potential leaks often went undetected until they showed up as a cost problem rather than an operational one, by which point the chance to act early had passed.
Our approach
We built a single, certified, self-service data source in Tableau, consolidating water consumption data from across the property portfolio into one governed model. On top of it we delivered a dedicated dashboard that surfaces consumption patterns and flags anomalies directly. Sustainability, Accounting and Finance now work from the same view for the first time, and can act on potential leaks across the whole portfolio instead of reacting after the fact.
