This policy explains how United Hub Digital Solutions LLC ("United Hub Digital," "we," "us") handles personal data. We are an IT and digital consulting firm headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, USA, with a delivery team based in Brazil. Because we have team members in Brazil, some personal data may be handled by our staff located there.
This policy covers our website at unitedhubdigital.com and the personal data we handle in running our business, including recruitment and client relationships. Personal data we process on behalf of clients during an engagement is governed by the contract and data processing terms agreed with each client.

Summary
We collect limited data from website visitors, people who contact us through our website, job applicants, and client and prospect contacts. We use it to run the website, respond to enquiries, market our services, hire, and serve clients. We do not sell personal data for money.
We collect website analytics, advertising pixel and server log data, contact form submissions, job application details, and business contact details. We do not knowingly collect sensitive data through the website. Our advertising pixels share limited browsing data with advertising platforms, and you can opt out as described below. Data is handled in the United States, Brazil, and the locations of our service providers. Your rights depend on where you live, and you can make a request at any time by emailing contact@unitedhubdigital.com.
The data we collect, why, and for how long
We collect three types of personal data: from website visitors, from job applicants, and from representatives of clients and prospects.
Website visitors
Through Google Analytics 4 we collect online identifiers, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with the site. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Under the GDPR we rely on your consent for analytics cookies; under the LGPD, on consent or legitimate interest where permitted. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
We also use advertising pixels from [add pixel providers, e.g. LinkedIn, Meta]. These collect cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages you visit, and actions you take on our site, such as submitting the contact form. The data goes to the advertising platform, which may link it to your account there. We use it to measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Under the GDPR and the LGPD we rely on your consent. The platforms keep this data under their own policies; we keep the related reporting for up to 14 months.
Our servers also record IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page, and user agent. We use this to keep the site available and secure and to detect and prevent abuse, relying on our legitimate interests in security and reliability under both the GDPR and the LGPD. We keep server logs for up to 30 days, unless needed longer to investigate a security incident.
Contact form
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your name, business email, company, job title, phone number if you provide it, and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about our services. Under the GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract; under the LGPD, on legitimate interest or procedures prior to a contract. We keep this data for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, or longer if you become a client.
Job applicants
When you apply for a role by writing to contact@unitedhubdigital.com, we collect your name, contact details, CV or resume, work history, education, and anything else you include. We use this to assess your application and communicate with you about it, as a step prior to entering a contract under both the GDPR and the LGPD. We keep data from unsuccessful applications for 12 months. With your consent, we may keep your details in our talent pool for up to 24 months.
Client and prospect contacts
We collect name, job title, employer, business email, business phone, and records of our communications and engagements. We use this to provide our services, manage the relationship, respond to enquiries, and develop our business. Under the GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in a business relationship, or on performance of a contract where we are engaged; under the LGPD, on performance of a contract or legitimate interest. We keep this data for the duration of the relationship and up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through the website.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the site, and advertising pixels from [add pixel providers, e.g. LinkedIn, Meta] to measure and target our advertising. Both set cookies and collect the data described above.
Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. The IP is used briefly to estimate location and then discarded. We set the data retention period in the tool to 14 months.
How consent and opt out work depends on where you are.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Brazil. We ask for your consent before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can accept or decline through our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing our cookies in your browser, which will show the banner again.
United States. We give notice of our analytics and advertising pixels through this policy. Under some US state laws, including California's, our use of advertising pixels may count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as targeted advertising. You can opt out through our cookie banner, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid opt out request. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.
We do not sell personal information for money.
How we share data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above:
Website hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare
Analytics: Google Analytics
Advertising platforms: Meta and LinkedIn
Email and productivity tools: Microsoft 365
Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
Our contracts with these providers require them to protect personal data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States and our delivery team is in Brazil, so your personal data may be transferred to and handled in the United States, Brazil, or the locations of our service providers.
From the EEA and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism. For transfers to certified organizations in the United States, we may rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. The EU General Court upheld the framework in September 2025; that decision is under appeal to the Court of Justice of the European Union. For other transfers, including to Brazil, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.
From Brazil. Where we transfer personal data out of Brazil, we use a mechanism permitted by the LGPD, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

How we protect data
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encryption of data in transit and access limited to team members who need it for their work. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authorities. For South Carolina residents, we follow the notification requirements of South Carolina's data breach law.
Your rights
Your rights depend on where you live. Contact us at contact@unitedhubdigital.com to make a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising your rights.
EEA and United Kingdom. You can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EEA it is the authority in your country.
California and other US states. Where a US state privacy law applies to you, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to access, correct, and delete it; and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and of targeted advertising. You can opt out through our cookie banner or with a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not sell personal information for money, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Brazil. Under the LGPD you have the right to confirm that we process your data; to access it; to correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; to anonymize, block, or delete unnecessary or non-compliant data; to data portability; to delete data processed on the basis of consent; to know which entities we have shared it with; to know your option to refuse consent and its consequences; and to withdraw consent. You can also contact the ANPD.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows.
Children's data
Our website and services are meant for businesses and professionals. We do not direct the site to children or knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us at contact@unitedhubdigital.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "last updated" date when we do. If the changes are significant, we will give more prominent notice.
