About this policy

This policy explains how United Hub Digital Solutions LLC ("United Hub Digital," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on unitedhubdigital.com (the "site"). What cookies and pixels are

Cookies we use

We group the cookies on our site into three categories.

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our site, sets security cookies such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance. These help distinguish real visitors from automated traffic and block malicious activity. They typically last between 30 minutes and a few hours.

We also set a cookie that records your cookie choices, so we do not ask you again on every visit. It lasts up to 12 months.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and how they arrive. Google Analytics sets the _ga cookie, which distinguishes one visitor from another, and a _ga_ cookie followed by our property ID, which keeps track of your session. Both last up to 2 years. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses, and we keep analytics data in the tool for 14 months.

Advertising cookies

We use advertising pixels from LinkedIn and Meta. They record the pages you visit and actions you take on our site, such as submitting the contact form, and send that information to the advertising platform. The platform may link it to your account there. We use this to measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. These pixels set cookies controlled by the platforms, which typically last between 3 months and 2 years. Each platform explains its cookies in its own policy.

Your choices

How you control cookies depends on where you are.

EEA, United Kingdom, and Brazil. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies until you consent through our cookie banner. You can accept or decline each category. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing our cookies in your browser, which will show the banner again. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies set before you withdrew it.

United States. Analytics and advertising cookies may be set when you visit. Under some US state laws, including California's, our advertising pixels may count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as targeted advertising. You can opt out through our cookie banner. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid opt out request for that browser.

Wherever you are, you can also:

• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.

• Adjust your ad preferences directly in the settings of the advertising platforms you use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add, remove, or change the cookies we use, or when the law changes. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will give more prominent notice, and where consent is required we will ask for it again.
