Introduction
A hospitality group's Financial Planning and Analysis team was spending its time assembling reports rather than analysing them. United Hub built a unified reporting layer on governed data, with a single P&L dashboard on top.
The challenge
Weekly and monthly reporting depended on manual extracts and spreadsheet consolidation. That work ate into the time the team could spend on actual analysis, and the manual handling steadily eroded the business logic and performance narratives behind the numbers. With reporting spread across a large number of sites, inconsistencies were hard to catch and harder to trace back to their source.
Our approach
We joined the FP&A team and built a unified reporting layer tied to governed data, replacing manual consolidation with curated Snowflake tables built for KPI tracking and allocation logic. That gave the team a consistent, auditable foundation to report from. On top of it we delivered a single P&L dashboard covering both operational and financial drivers, which made analysis, decision-making and accountability tracking faster and more transparent across the organization.
